HOW DO I RESET MY PASSWORD ON POINTSBET?
To reset your password, click the 'Forgot Login Details' link on the log in page. This will bring up a page that will prompt you to enter your email address and date of birth.
Note: This has to match the email and date of birth you entered when you signed up for PointsBet. If it does not match, the reset email will not send.
Enter your email address and date of birth, then hit submit. You should receive an email from PointsBet with a link to reset your password.
Click that link and enter your new desired password. Once you have submitted you will be emailed a 6-digit code. Enter the 6-digit code into pop up that appears by clicking the grey line to prompt the text box to appear.
Once you enter this code you are all set. Enter your new password and login!
I AM NOT RECEIVING THE EMAIL CONTAINING MY RESET LINK, WHY IS THAT?
There are a few reasons why your email containing a password reset link is not going through.
The first is you could be checking the wrong folder within your inbox. Please make sure to check your 'Spam' folder and assure it has not arrived there.
If it is not in your Spam folder, please be sure you are entering the correct email and date of birth when you get to the 'Forgot Login Details' page. If you forgot which email address you used on sign up, contact our live chat team and they can help confirm this with you.
Note: For security purposes you have to confirm a few pieces of data on your account before this email can be communicated to you.
Lastly, if using the PointsBet app, please scroll down to the bottom of the app and be sure you are trying to login to the correct state on the app.
