HOW TO WITHDRAWAL USING ACH / ECHECK:
Step 1: Click on the Dropdown Menu at the top right-hand corner of your screen > Click on Withdrawal > select ACH/eCheck
Step 2: Select the amount you want to withdrawal and fill out the forms with the appropriate bank account you would like to use.
IMPORTANT: Make sure to include the full Driver’s license number with the letter if applicable.
Step 3: Once you have completed all the fields and clicked the terms and agreement box, you will have to enter your PointsBet password then click submit.
Congratulations! Your withdrawal has been requested!
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR AN ACH / ECHECK WITHDRAWAL TO REACH MY BANK ACCOUNT?
Withdrawals via ACH/eCheck take 1-2 business days to process by PointsBet. Once processed it takes 1-3 business days to reach your bank account.
You will not receive a confirmation email when you request the withdrawal. Once it has been processed by PointsBet, you will receive an email signifying your withdrawal is on it's way to your bank account.
Please wait the elapsed time for your withdrawal and if you do not receive it within the given time frame, reach out to us via live chat so we can look into it for you.
I TRIED TO REQUEST A WITHDRAWAL WITH THIS METHOD AND I HAVE RECEIVED A 'WITHDRAWAL FAILED' ERROR MESSAGE. HOW DO I FIX THIS?
When you receive this error message please go back and make sure you have entered all the requested info correctly. This includes your Account Number, Routing Number & Drivers License Number.
If you have confirmed all this info is correct and you are still receiving this error message after re-submitting, please reach out to our ACH/eCheck provider, Global Payments at 800-500-1973, so they can confirm the issue you are having.
IS THERE A MINIMUM AND MAXIMUM ACMOUNT I CAN WITHDRAW VIA ACH / ECHECK?
The minimum amount you can withdrawal via this method is $5.
There is no set maximum withdrawal amount by PointsBet. However, the maximum amount you can withdrawal is determined based on the individual limit our ACH/eCheck processor, Global Payments, has put on your account.
