Why was my bet re-quoted, is this an error?
Sometimes bets that are placed online will not be accepted at the stake requested, despite the account appearing to have sufficient funds to cover any losses. If the potential losses of the bet would take your account near or OVER your available funds limit, this could be a reason why the trade was not accepted at the original requested stake.
Similarly, if there are other open positions on the account at the time of the bet being attempted, then the online system will take any potential losses from these pending bets into account before new bets are accepted. In addition, PointsBet has limits on all markets, and can, at its own discretion, limit bets that will increase its liability beyond acceptable risk levels.
My bet has been in the 'Review' stage for a long period of time, what do I do?
If your bet seems stuck in the review stage for a long period of time, please contact customer service regarding this matter. You may close the app or website and re-open if you must but please be sure you check your 'Pending Bets' section to be sure the bet has not gone through within this time.
Do not close the app or website and then go back to place the same bet again. This could cause a duplication of the bet you've previously made.
I believe my bet was settled incorrectly, how do I have it reviewed?
If you believe your bet was settled incorrectly, please contact PointsBet Customer service via live chat or email. It will then be reviewed by our Sports Analysts. Once reviewed it will be re-settled if there was an incorrect settlement, or an explanation will be provided as to why it was settled correctly.
The payout on my Parlay does not match the 'Estimated Winnings' I was given. Why is that?
If a leg of your parlay has pushed or the game has been cancelled or postponed that leg of the parlay gets voided. The winnings are then re-calculated and paid out based on the remaining legs.
This will differ from the estimated winnings you were given when initially placing the parlay.
