HOW TO WITHRDRAW USING ONLINE BANKING:
Step 1: Click on the Dropdown Menu at the top right-hand corner of your screen > Click on Withdrawal > select Online Banking
IMPORTANT – The Online Banking Option has over 2k banks listed and is Simple and safe – no card or ACH info to provide. There is no limit on how much you can withdraw at one time.
Step 2: Select the bank that you want to withdrawal with and input your username and password. If you have a saved account, you can also select that.
Step 3: Select the account that you’d like to Withdraw from and sign in.
Step 4: Select the amount you want to Withdraw and enter your PointsBet password to confirm and submit.
Congratulations! Your Withdrawal request has been received.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY WITHDRAWAL TO REACH MY SELECTED BANK ACCOUNT?
Online Banking withdrawals take 1-2 business days to process internally. Once processed by PointsBet, it takes an additional 1-3 business days for the funds to reach your bank account.
WHAT IF I DO NOT RECEIVE MY WITHDRAWAL WITHIN THE SUGGESTED PROCESSING TIME?
This likely means the withdrawal has been declined by our Online Banking processor. PointsBet's payments team is as proactive as possible in returning declined withdrawals to client accounts. However, if it is not there after those processing times you can contact our specialists via live chat or email to check if it has indeed been declined.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY WITHDRAWAL IS DECLINED?
If your withdrawal is declined the funds will be returned to your PointsBet account. You can try again with the same method if you wish but we encourage you to reach out to our live chat team or send us an email to see what the decline reason was so you can rectify before requesting again.
I RECEIVED A 'WITHDRAWAL FAILED' ERROR MESSAGE, WHAT DOES THIS MEAN?
This most likely means your withdrawal request has been declined by our processor. We suggest using another method in order to withdraw your funds. You can also reach out to our Online Banking processor, Pay With My Bank/Telecheck at 1-800-366-2425 to track down an exact reasoning.
I FORGOT THE ACCOUNT NUMBER I SENT THE WITHDRAWAL TO, HOW CAN I FIND OUT?
We suggest only keeping one bank account on your Online Banking profile, but if you have multiple and forgot which it was sent to, as long as it has been processed by PointsBet you can contact our live chat staff or send us an email and we can tell you the last 4 digits of the account it was sent to.
DO I RECEIVE ANY KIND OF CONFIRMATION THAT THE WITHDRAWAL HAS BEEN RECEIVED OR PROCESSED?
Once a withdrawal has been processed by PointsBet within the initial 1-2 business days, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that it will be on your bank account within 1-3 business days.
We do not send out confirmation that your withdrawal has been received when you initially request it.
