HOW TO WITHDRAW CASH AT THE MEADOWLANDS RACETRACK:
Step 1: Request the withdrawal amount on the PointsBet app. Wait to receive the SMS from PointsBet, this signifies your withdrawal is ready for pickup.
Note: DO NOT proceed to the Meadowlands until you receive the SMS code, if you do not have the code you will not be able to pickup your funds.
Step 2: Once you receive the code via SMS, proceed to the Meadowlands Racetrack at 1 Racetrack Drive East Rutherford, NJ 07073 and then proceed to the PointsBet counter.
Step 3: Produce a valid ID and your account number located in your 'My Account' section of the app. Then produce the code you received via SMS so the teller can identify you, your account and your withdrawal request.
Step 4: Once confirmed, the teller will present your withdrawal amount to you!
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR ME TO RECEIVE THE SMS CODE TO RETRIEVE MY FUNDS?
Cash withdrawals take up to 24 hours to process, though the payments team strives to have them done sooner.

WHAT ARE THE HOURS OF OPERATION FOR THE POINTSBET CAGE AT THE MEADOWLANDS RACETRACK?
The PointsBet counter is open from 11AM -6PM, 7 days a week. The cage is not open on public holidays.
The cage is also closed ALL DAY when there are Giants and Jets home games, please check the schedule to see if there is one being played before proceeding.
WHAT IS THE MINIMUM & MAXIMUM AMOUNTS I CAN WITHDRAW AT THE CAGE?
The maximum amount allowed to be withdrawn at the cage is $10,000 per day. If you request an amount over $10,000 it will be declined. Once the withdrawal is picked up from the cage you can then request an additional amount.
There is a $50 withdrawal minimum.
WHERE IS THE POINTSBET COUNTER AT THE MEADOWLANDS RACETRACK?
Walk through the main entrance of the racetrack. Then make a left and the PointsBet counter is there next to the TVG counters.
WHAT DO I NEED IN ORDER TO WITHDRAW FUNDS AT THE CAGE?
There are 3 things you need in order to withdraw from the cage at the Meadowlands Racetrack:
1) A valid Government issued ID. If you do not have a valid ID, you will not be able to pick up your funds
2) The code texted to you via SMS. If you do not have this code you will not be able to pick up your funds.
3) Your account number located on your 'My Account' page.
HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO PICK UP THE FUNDS ONCE I RECEIVE THE SMS?
The SMS is valid for 7 days once you receive it. If you do not pick up the funds within the 7 day time frame the code will expire.
You will have to message our live chat team to have the withdrawal cancelled and then you will have to re-request the withdrawal.
WHAT DO I DO IF I ACCIDENTALLY DELETED THE SMS CODE?
If you have accidentally deleted your SMS code, please message live chat to let them know. The payments team will have to cancel the withdrawal and you will have to re-request the the withdrawal from your device so a new code can be sent.
WHAT IF I HAVE ENTERED AN INCORRECT OR OLD PHONE NUMBER ON MY ACCOUNT?
If you have an incorrect or old number on your account you can visit your 'My Account' page to edit the number or reach out to our live chat staff to have them update it for you.
If your withdrawal has already been processed and the code sent to the old or incorrect number, please contact our live chat staff. The withdrawal will have to be cancelled by our payments team. We will then have to update the number and then you will re-request the withdrawal.
WHAT IF THERE IS NOT A TELLER AVAILABLE AT THE COUNTER TO HELP WITH MY WITHDRAWAL?
If no teller is at the counter when you arrive please ask a Meadowlands employee when they are expected back. It is important to note the cage is NOT operated by PointsBet employees or representatives, it is operated by Meadowlands employees.
