Blackjack is a simple card game that pits players against the dealer to see who will make the best hand without going over a total of 21. The goal is to beat the Dealer's hand, and each hand has a value determined by combining the value of its cards.
-
All face cards are worth 10
Aces are worth 1 or 11
All other cards are worth their face value (ex: a 2 is equal to 2)
-
Blackjack is won by either having a higher hand total than the dealer at the conclusion of the hand, or by not going over 21 (or "busting") when the dealer does.
-
- To start the hand, the player will make a bet
- To make a bet, the player must choose between the 1, 5, 25, 100, 500, 1K, 5K, or 10K chip, or some combination that does not surpass their balance
- Once a player places their bet, two initial cards are dealt to each Player and the Dealer
- The Dealer receives one face-up card and one face-down card, you as the player will see both your cards face-up
- Seeing the total your hand currently makes up, you must make a decision based on what total you think the dealer has:
- "Hit" - you want an additional card dealt to you in order to increase your total
- "Stand" - you are happy with your current total and think the dealer will end the hand with a lower total or "bust" by going over 21
- "Split" - this option is only available if you are dealt two of the same cards. If you decide to split, this allows you to play each card separately as their own hand, i.e. you will have two opportunities to beat the dealer by hitting or standing on each's total
- "Double Down" - if you are feeling particularly confident, you can "double down" in which you double your bet prior to being dealt another card. You will then be dealt only one card (you cannot "hit" or "stand" after doubling down) and bets will be settled based on your resulting total in comparison to the dealer's.
- Once you "stand" or "bust", the dealer will stand or hit based on standard Blackjack dealer rules (see below)
- Based on the dealer's total compared to your total, you will win, lose, or push (no profit or loss).
-
Insurance is a side bet in which a player can stake half their original bet against the dealer hitting a natural blackjack (an ace and a face card).
When the dealer’s face-up card is an Ace, the game will offer you an “insurance” bet offer. If you choose to accept the insurance bet offer, another bet equal to half the main bet is placed before the dealer’s hand is checked for Blackjack.
If the dealer does indeed have a Blackjack, your main bet is forfeited and the insurance bet is paid out at 2/1
-
In accordance with universal blackjack rules, the dealer will continue to hit until the value of their hand is 17 or higher. Once the dealer's hand reaches 17, they must stand.
-
- A player cannot Double Down on split Aces
- Split Aces will only receive one additional card and additional aces cannot be re-split
- A player may draw a maximum of eight cards per hand
-
If the Player gets a Blackjack the pay is 3:2
If the Player wins the hand, the pay is 1:1
If the Player and Dealer tie, the pay is a push and there is no payment or loss

Multihand Blackjack allows you to play and bet on 3 hands at once, boosting your payouts and chances of winning!
