FAQs 

• The West Virginia migration will happen on Wednesday, November 15th. On this day, your username, password, account balance, rewards points and responsible gaming settings will be migrated to Fanatics Sportsbook. Please note that Fanatics Sportsbook is available on mobile devices only. You can download the Fanatics Sportsbook ahead of migration from the Google Playstore or App store.

• Your account balance will be migrated over when Fanatics Sportsbook goes live in your state. If you have balances in multiple states, you will see those balances transfer as Fanatics Sportsbook goes live in those locations over the next several months.

• Your open bets will be migrated to Fanatics Sportsbook. You can view them by tapping 'My Bets' on the navigation bar once Fanatics Sportsbook goes live in your state. Your migrated PointsBet wagers will earn you FanCash once settled. Here's how much you'll earn per bet:

  Straight Bet: 1%

  Parlay: 3%

  Same Game Parlay: 5%

  Slots: .5%

  Table Games: .13%

  Please note that bets that are migrated to Fanatics Sportsbook will not be eligible for cashout. All bets will be settled within 24 hours of the event ending.

• Your Rewards Points will be converted to FanCash on the Fanatics Sportsbook app. PointsBet Rewards points are each worth $0.01 of FanCash.

  Your Bonus Bets will be available on the Fanatics Sportsbook once the app goes live in your state.

• Your PointsBet credentials will carry over to Fanatics Sportsbook. Simply tap ‘Log in’ once the app is live in your state and use the email address and password associated to your PointsBet account to log in.

  Tap ‘Forgot password' on the Log In screen to reset your password.

• Prior to the migration, you will receive an email from FanaticsID@e.fanatics.com that your account information has been updated. There is no additional action needed on your end at this time. On November 15th, PointsBet will cease operations and your account will be merged making your balance, open bets and account information all available on Fanatics Sportsbook.

• Your Responsible Gaming settings will carry over to Fanatics Sportsbook. However, your progress toward any daily, weekly, or monthly limits will be reset at the time Fanatics Sportbook goes live in your state.

• You can deposit up until the date of migration in each state. Your funds will be available for you in your Fanatics Sportsbook account. Just log in with your PointsBet username and password after migration to access your funds.

• You can withdraw your funds up to the date of migration in each state. We encourage you to withdraw any funds you don’t want migrated to Fanatics Sportsbook in advance of this migration. If you do not withdraw by the day of migration, your funds will be moved over to Fanatics Sportsbook.

  Please note that bets that are migrated to Fanatics Sportsbook will not be eligible for cashout.

• Yes, you can still play your favorite casino games on the Fanatics Sportsbook app after migration.

• Fanatics Betting & Gaming has acquired the PointsBet US business and will be launching the Fanatics Sportsbook in its place.

• Access any tax documents as you normally would up until the point of migration. After the migration date, you can request your documents be sent to you by contacting our customer service team at service@pointsbet.com.

• You can contact customer support by emailing service@pointsbet.com or through the live chat button at the bottom of your PointsBet Sportsbook homepage.

• If you do not want your account to migrate over to Fanatics Sportsbook, you will need to close your account by Wednesday, November 8th. You can close your account by starting a live chat or emailing customer service at service@pointsbet.com.
